ORDERS
Unfortunately, sometimes things sell out in our physical store before we're able to process online orders. If that happens, we'll let you know as soon as possible through email.

SHIPPING
Grethen House offers free domestic shipping on orders over $100 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). We strongly suggest that if you do not have a doorman that you request the signature required option or have the package shipped to your office. Packages are insured up to the point of delivery. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after they have been delivered.
Orders will be delivered by USPS or UPS.
Orders that are placed between Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours pending availability and payment verification. This excludes holidays.
Orders that are placed after 2 pm Friday, or orders placed Saturday and Sunday, will ship the following Monday.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to carrier. Shipping costs will not be refunded if the carrier had an internal delay. Shipping times listed at checkout are an estimate and are not guaranteed. We try to get your order shipped out as soon as possible, but unfortunately shipping times can vary because of carrier delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Grethen House does ship internationally. However, please be aware that we do not cover duty. If you have any questions, check with your country's laws and regulations.
No free shipping on international orders or returns.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING
Next day air shipping is only guaranteed when ordered before 1pm eastern time Monday - Thursday with UPS. Orders with USPS next day air must be placed before 2 pm eastern time to get in the mail that day.

IN STORE PICK UP
In store pick up is available in Edina. Orders will be ready for pick up within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within 10 days once you receive a notification that your order is ready. Returns must be received in-store within 20 days of placing the order. If an order has not been picked up after 60 days, the merchandise becomes store property and no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We hope everything we sent is perfect, but in the event you need a different size, color or style, or simply want to return the item for a refund or credit, we are here to help. Any online purchase may only be returned if you have emailed us for instructions.
In order to initiate a return, please email info@grethenhouse.com to get a Return Authorization. When initiating an RA, please include all items from your transaction that you would like to return or exchange. Please allow up to 72 hours for your return request to be received and approved. Emails will be answered between 10 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.
Online and mail order merchandise may be returned or exchanged and must be received in-store within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date. We strongly recommend requesting an exchange or RA as soon as possible in order to meet our 14 day policy.
Grethen House will not accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days.
Merchandise discounted 50% off or more is non-refundable.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. We reserve the right to deny a refund based on the condition or the tardiness of the returned merchandise.
Orders over $500 are eligible for free return shipping. Please contact us at info@grethenhouse.com for a return shipping label. Otherwise, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
No returns on any bags, jewelry, fragrance, body care or special orders.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Full-price merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 5 days provided the items are unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by the sales receipt.
After 5 days, store credit will be issued. Grethen House will not accept any returns after 15 days.
No returns on sale items, handbags, altered merchandise, jewelry, and special orders.
ONLINE PRICE MATCH
Grethen House will match the price of an identical item in the same color, size and style from select online competitors. Price match may be requested at time of purchase or within 5 days after purchase. Some exclusions apply. Email info@grethenhouse.com for more details.
